Problem Scenario: In the automotive industry, a supplier wants to focus their sales team’s efforts on new projects innovation and is working with design centers of global automotive manufacturers. The actual products are used in tier 3-5 automotive suppliers up to a year after the design choice was made and the supplier’s sales team is now working on a new opportunity.
Our Solution: DB Fasteners works with tier 3-5 customers to allow suppliers to focus on new opportunities; in addition, our usage of “blanket POs” allows us to buy production efficient MOQ and release them to end-users in accordance with their production schedule.
